Usual tagging times/pace: I'm currently in GMT+1, sometimes GMT, what are daylight savings. Summer's over by the end of September and when that time comes I'll be limited to mostly late evenings. Pace depends on the day ahahaha it's my final uni year I have no idea what that's going to translate to, pace-wise
Backtagging: Theoretically fine! Realistically I've only got so much focus to go around so apologies in advance if I let something slip, and after a month things will almost definitely be let go

Mental Information: OH BOY it's definitely much easier to just... keep an open dialogue for the specific thread on this one, boy's a delightful mess. I'm more than happy to play out anything with regards to telepaths and empaths though! He's a telepath himself so that'll make for an interesting time, and empaths will have a Wild Ride with him too.
Physical Affection: LOVES!!!! PHYSICAL AFFECTION!!! Hugs and forehead kisses and sometimes excited platonic sloppy smackeroos on the mouth kisses (he's a special bean) and holding hands etc etc etc he's all about that life and I'm here for writing it
IC Triggers: While he's A Mess there's not really anything specific to note here so no! But also yes but they're entirely dependant on context/the day/etc so No. Basically don't worry about it but also don't be surprised if the bracket text is suddenly full of dying planets and being entirely alone in the universe.
Relationships: Friendships times over nine thousand!!! Likewise with the familial relationships, he'll dad/weird but likeable uncle you never knew you wished you had the heck out of so many people. He's also the king of making a swift leap between pals and Connected Irreversibly Forever In A Strange Undefinable Way so... brace

POWER-SPECIFIC AND/OR SPOILER PERMISSIONS
The Doctor has some snazzy telepathy powers! He's a touch telepath so he's got to make contact in order to do anything anyway and he doesn't really use it all that often, but thus far in the series it's been used to share information, to hypnotise, to allow a human to hear things happening on a telepathic wavelength, to create a mental block to suppress certain memories, to read minds, to temporarily relieve the effects of dementia and to put others to sleep. Basically it's capable of mental manipulation + communication. He realises that tapping into another person's mind is a weird and uncomfortable thing to do so unless the situation is absolutely dire (in which case I will approach you to plot about this anyway) he's not going to do anything without a character's express permission!
